How to send a watch for repair
- You need to send a parcel with your watch and warranty card to our watch service "ЧАСОВОЙ" at an address: 109147, Moscow Marksistskaya St. 34, building 8
- After sending your package, be sure to email the shipment number: info@sturmanskie.ru
- We will contact you when your package arrives to us. After the repair, we will send your watch back to you. If watch repair is not covered by our warranty, our managers or service center staff will contact you and inform you about the price of the repair, after which you will decide on the further actions.
